Ebooks and audiobooks are delivered immediately upon purchase through email by Bookfunnel to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not see the email within several moments, check your spam folder or promotions tab (Gmail).

Print Books

Print books are printed and distributed by Bookvault. For the purchase of a print books or other physical products, you are required to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. I am not liable for your stuff going somewhere else if you provided incomplete or inaccurate information.

If you received a damaged or defective or defective book, or your book never arrived, please reach out to me at timothy@timothyjrrains.com within 30 days of receiving your order (or if you still haven’t received it AFTER 30 days) with your receipt of purchase and I’ll send you a replacement at no additional charge.

Shipping times vary. Expect longer shipping times if you live outside of the US or UK.
