Ebooks and Audiobooks

Digital products such as ebooks and audiobooks are not eligible for refund except in the case of a duplicate order. If you accidentally ordered duplicate copies of a digital product, please notify me within 48 hours and I will correct your order.

Print Books

I offer a 30-day replacement at no additional charge on damaged, defective, or undelivered print books purchased from timothyjrrains.com. This means that after you receive your product, you have 30 days to request a replacement. For undelivered books, if you haven’t received your order within 30 days, you can request a replacement.

To request a replacement for a print book, please reach out to me at timothy@timothyjrrains.com with the reason and your receipt of purchase.
